Our industry on Prince Edward Island is highly seasonal, and we build our team each year to match the rhythm of the Island.

• Hiring Period: We typically begin hiring for summer positions in February and March.
• Season Duration: Most seasonal roles run from May through October, depending on the location and position.
• Positions: We hire for both front- and back-of-house roles, including servers, cooks, baristas, dishwashers, and support staff.
