Bakery
The Receiver Breadworks began in 2017 with the opening of The Brass Shop. In collaboration with Breadworks Organic Bakery, owned by the famous John Dale. Using both local and organically milled flours and strict recipes and etiquette, he has produced some of the best bread we have ever tasted and we couldn’t have been more excited to learn and work with him.
We now operate Receiver Breadworks out of our location at 15 Milky Way, Charlottetown, PE. We offer various breads and baked goods, all held to John’s great quality standard and freshly baked daily. We use our breads and baked goods on all of our menus, and we have many partners who sell our products around Charlottetown!
